Herewith the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Germany calls for proposals from all interested service providers in response to RFP 02-2023 – Airport Assistance and Payment Services at following airports throughout Germany:
- Frankfurt am Main (FRA)
- Munich (MUC)
- Dusseldorf (DUS)
- Hamburg (HAM)
- Berlin (BER)

Final Proposals should be submitted via two separate emails to IOMDEBids@iom.int (Technical Forms B - I and Financial Proposal Forms J + K) as per instructions in Request for Proposal document (See Section 3 Data Sheet).

- Deadlines for Return of Form A: Proposal Confirmation – 21st July 2023, 18:00 CEST
- Deadline for Questions/clarifications – 3rd August 2023, 18:00 CEST
- Deadline for Final Submission of Forms B - I (Technical Proposal) – 9th August 2023, 18:00 CEST
- Deadline for Final Submission of Forms J + K (Financial Proposal) – 9th August 2023, 18:00 CEST
